manually searched (too cheap to donate to get search function) and found identical wiring harness diagrams for 96-99 bose head units. are all models from those years direct swap ins? no $ for upgrades either. thanks

all 95-99 HUs are a plug and play swap in. Try to get the newer style HUs used in 97 and up, they have better button layout, two FM preset banks, and are compatible with aux-in adapters.Originally Posted by xsnowpig
