New Speaker help

Im thinking of ditching the bose speakers from my system in my 98 I30, i got rid of the head unit, and now have an alpine 9830 and 2 RF Punch 10 inch subs powered by a punch p3001 amp, I need to know a few things,

first i know the bose system has an amp, is this one amp that feeds to all the speakers or is it one amp at each speaker? how hard is it (or are they) to remove.

Seccond, what size speakers should i/can i use?

Third, What type of speakers should i use? IE like Full range, mids, etc?Keep in mind ive got subs in the trunk.

Fourth, should i ditch the stock tweeters?

fifth, What company would u reccomend?

Any other info would be greatly appreciated

also i plan to use crutchfield to get these unless i can get somthing as good/ better for real cheap and i dont need the instalation accessories they provide.

Thanks
