how much does a custom sub box go for

i have an empty one, looks like its 10 inches with a ported hole

it has the carpet and crap on it as well, i want to sell it but not sure how much to ask, i didn't pay for it someone found it in the street

 

Well lets see...the wood for me costed 20 bucks (big sheet of mdf) carpet also cost me 20 dollars (I had so much extra i could wrap the box again) Terminals 5 dollars glue/silicone 5-10 bucks... so I would go for about 40-70 bucks..youll prolly get 100 because of the labor that you didn't put into it, but someone did...

 

If you found it on the street, i guess you can't be too sure it's custom.

Is it in perfect shape? What are the dimensions? Is it made of 3/4 MDF?

May not end up being worth much, since shipping is so price....ends up being somewhat of a local market.

 

correction, its diameter isn't even 10" so it must be for an 8" sub

it is 3/4" thick, the only problem is that a piece of the carpet is coming off but it could probably be glued back down easily

im trying to dump it off locally, it also has a ported hole for whatever thats worth

 

i'd sell it for 30 obo if the box is still in fairly good condition.
