hey guys,

recently all four of my speakers got blown out in my 99 Maxima and i need to know what i should know before buying new speakers.

(NON-Bose system)

1. Which brand/specs would you recommend for music that has a lot of bass?

2. Should i get a new deck ? If so what brand/specs.

3. How much would i be looking at for a nice set of speakers? How much for the deck?

All help is much appriciated.

1) Alumapro/Rainbow
2) Yes. Pick the Eclipse that has the options you would use.
3) Call Don for pricing. He can hook you up with a .org dicount. For both the deck and the speakers.

Don is Pearl98max. Try and PM him.

I am not a big fan of ebay. Some here are. I like warranties. Not just the bottom line.

What he said, plus the fact that you should add a sub based on what you said in #1.

speaker brands are quite debateable...i have some high end kicker Boston speakers that i am quite fond of. as far as replacing the head unit...you will get more power AND better sound quality with an aftermarket headunit...
