What should be next setup

Ok... well it's obvious I'm going with a new setup, now to get some more choices out there. This list is serious (unlike the PA setup that has Don smacking his head)

The idea behind this is to have subs with a awesome basket, that are worth having.

If the subs don't have a amp listed, it's because I will be using my Memphis MC500D amp.

If your voting for an ID, then just consider the Arc12. Its commonly referred to as the "higher up" IDQ.

both are a last ditch. While I can afford the Brahmas... they're a little too spendy for my tastes. I have around $2500 I can spend, but that's for everything, subs, amp?, MDF, Fiberglass, wiring. And I need a lot of fiberglass because I'll be doing the hoodscoop project as well.

I want those damn EXTREMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i would have to go with the IDMAX's, if your looking at the Q's then you better get that bullpen ready. After the brahma the arcs then the splinters

Alright, I've narrowed down to 2 different setups.

The 2 Arc Extreme 12D4 w/ Arc KAR 900.1D listed above

-or-

2 Soundstream T4-12s w/ PCA1000D amp

This is the final 2 guys. I've already got a qoute on the ARC stuff. Now I'm just waiting on the qoute from SS. I want to hear opinions. Some of the talk on the Elite Car Audio forums is the SS setup I'm wanting is a SPL monster.

an spl monster? and you have arc and SS for those choices? they sound more for a excellent sq setup imo but they are excellent, but if you want an spl monster why not a XXX or a death penalty sub. or juggernaut or brahmah or 2 tumults!

but If i had the money and had to chose the 2, it would def be ARC. ARC is like the Mercedes of audio.. everyone wants money to buy a amp or sub from them. well this is what im seein so far about thier product.

And if Don loves and uses it, it must be a real good product since he carries so many high end brand and always has some piece of electronics from Arc in his car

all this time on the board and you cant spell brahma correctly...

anyhow, i think he's taking the basket into consideration since he's going to invert them.
