Ok so i have a blown Bose Speaker on my 2000 Max, So i checked out and the dealer wants like $400 for a replacement, yeah thats not happening, yet its gonna cost me like $800 for a complete new system.... Im happy with the bose system but cant figure out a way to get 1 speaker fixed w/o payin out my ****! Any ideas?

 

Watch in the for sale adds since some people upgrade from the factory stuff. I have seen speakers for sale a couple times and i agree that is an **** load of money

 

Junkyard? Not sure about junkyards around you, but down in my area there are yards that deal specifically in later model vehicles, and have alot of nice OEM replacement items, still in good shape.

 

junk yard...i got couple of bose amps and speakers at the junkyard and it only costed me 20 bucks. I guess the guy didn't know wat it was. I don't know if there's anything for your car though. I found like a 99 maxima there before. Might just be a blown amp, or it might be time to do a complete upgrade to aftermarket.

 

I would Love to go total aftermarket but i dont have the $700-$900 to fo it right so i might have to wait. Question, are the bose stereo speaker/amps in 2k and 2k1 the same or are they different? Thanksa ton guys this helps!

 

look for wrecked max's parting out hopefully you'll get lucky, i did.
