a little help?

I cant get the rear speakers out, do I have to remove the back seat to get the panel up? I hope not I'm a lazyass. Any pointers would be appreciated. also it looks like I have a stock amp how can I bypass it

OK here we go.
1) Remove seat bottom
2) remove seat back. 4 10m bolts hold the back on.
3) remove the 2 plastic panels on the sides next to the rear window. hey snap in place, and you have to pry them off, but be careful as you can break them if your not careful. At that point, remove the 3rd brakelight if you don't have a spoiler, and then you can remove the panel.

If you have amps on the speakers, I'm asuming you have the BOSE? If so, you can't just buy aftermarket speakers since the Ohm ratings are very different..

Do you have a 3rd, 4th or 5th generation Maxima?

Its a 3rd gen, 94' to be exact
