!!!!those with audio knowledge help!!!!

ok is it possible to keep the bose head unit and use this amp

Specs:
2 Ohm Load 140 W x2
4 Ohm Load 70W x2
Bridged 4 Ohm Load 280 Watts

Dimensions(with ISO feet)
9.4"x9.75"x2.1"

Input--------------------High Level with Smart Engage, Low Level
Crossover--------------Hi/Lo @ 85Hz-Fixed,Defeatable
RCA Output---------------------------Full Range Only
and would this be enough to power a complete set of 4 kicker ds60 coaxial speakers or would i need two of these please help me all input is appreciated

you could run any system off a bose hu, not a clean one, but any amp can work.

just noticed you're in houston

yeah it'll work. and technically you can wire each pair of speakers into a series and have your amp power them. but it'll be a big pain, and they won't be getting much power.

Word. The first thing in a BLOSE system that should be changed is the HU itself. Makes everything else sound better, and makes aftermarket amps easier to hook up.

THEN move on from there.

Thats MY picture for the MTX Thunder 282 . You could obtain the necessary PAC adaptors to run the BOSE HU with those amps if you wanted. For your 1998 Maxima, find the PAC AOEM-NIS2 adaptor.

sorry to come in on a random level but i just registered and i cant post a new thread or anything or new subject so im jumping in on this one and i was wondering .... if this box of subbbs http://www.crutchfield.com/S-M9qfQpo...=028V123BP#Tab would go with this plates of amp http://www.crutchfield.com/S-M9qfQpo...i=489AP600#Tab ... if not .. anyone recommend for something else that is under $200 for each ... as in less then $200 for amp and less then $200 for subs. ... sorry im a little new to this world of technology

I would say yes because the speakers are 100 watts max each so I would use 2 amps to power um.

Haha you can't be serious?? You can find one amp that could power that 60x and your recommending two amps for 100 rms. LMAO
