Hey guys. I currently have an Eclipse 3414 HU and I want to buy the 7" Microvision Screen in the Group Deal along with the Microvision DVD player. Is it possible for me to hookup all these three? I'm pretty sure that my eclipse hu doesn't have an aux input tho. Thanks for any help.

 

if your head unit doesnt have an aux in, it will be difficult. Your best bet is to do a little research online about the unit to see if it has one, and consider upgrading to one that does. If you dont want that to happen, you can get an audio switcher, and run the audio wiring through there. The problem with this is that you would probably lose some sound quality from the stereo.

if it does have one then yes, you run the audio outs from the DVD player to the aux in of the head unit (provided it has one, not sure about that model), run the video out from the DVD player to the screen. You'll just have to rememeber to switch the head unit to "aux" if you want to watch dvds.
