Quest about audio installation.

I tried searching but couldn't find answers to this. I have now a pac-oemnis2 adpater connected to aftermarket head unit, i want to add new speakers in the doors but keep the bose subwoofer. The aftermarket speakers will require an amp. I want to use the existing speaker wires but i need to extend them to reach the aftermaket amp. I dont want to cut them , what can I do ?

So run speaker wires either up to the head unit or the Bose amp and connect to use factory wire from there.
