i have 00 gxe max.
i want to add some lows to my system.
I don't need the type of lows that will shake my whole car.. ;-)
i just need deep clean bass.
i don't want to put a box in the trunk or anything like it. (had basslink for a while)
so i decided to put something in rear deck. now...
am i better off with 8" sub? or 6x9 will be also good ?
i can cet 6x9's cheaper so that would be prefererd.

 

8" sub no question...was the basslink enough bass for you when you had it?

 

basslink was enough, but it would take too much space in the trunk ;-) i'm using truk all the time so ineed it. that's why i want to mount sth in rear deck.
also mounting is the issue. it looks like its easier to mount 6x9 than 8" in that deck... i don't have bose system so i will have to drill... i guess..
