i also saw somewhere that it has a CF memory card slot and a built in 9.5GB Hard Drive. If true, that would be very usefull.

damn a step in the right direction. And i love the idea of the 10" woofers in the door. Easy to do a nice 3 way setup and remain stealth

Easy room for 10's in the door? Awesome! Waaaaay out of my price range any day, but I will also look at how much room there is in the kicks of every car I ever buy again. The more the merrier. Couldn't really tell how much room there was from the pics, but the dash really seems to come out there a bit...

From your other post....I LOVE your new amp setup. Exactly what I wanted to do if the gods of $$$ willed it.

I saw one of these today at the NY auto show. Looks like a watered-down version of the current M35, which I think is a very nice car. But, I'm still not sure if I like the new G or the current one better. I think that new one's goin to take some getting used to.

The big question I'm wondering.... Will Don be upgrading for 2007?

Just playing devil's advocate but putting 10" woofers in the door doesn't automatically mean great SQ. I'd like to see the size of those magnets and the depth of the cone. I bet you can make a system in the car that will sound better for a fourth of the price Bose is charging.

But yea I know.. it's nice to have all that stuff stock. ;>

That system will probably more than satisfy many of the people that purchase that car. I look forward to listening to how it sounds.

Very interesting, shouldn't sound too bad. I wonder though what the non studio version (if there is one) will incorporate as far as speaker sizes. It would be nice to piece together a 10" 3 way setup that use our own components that would really probably sound amazing.

Its not so much whether it'll sound good(the Bose package)
, its the ability to replace all drivers and drop some new ones right in....Morel Elate 9" 3way set anyone? Or maybe a Dynaudio System240 2 way set with MW190 (11's) in the doors for dedicated midbass?

Or a Frankenstein DiY pieced system...hehe
