best internal fm antenna..

Hi all.. I'm having my antenna shaved from my car.. I was wondering what would be the best internal that would mount like on a window or something. For anyone who shaved their antenna, what did you use?

I got one for ya. Mounts to the windshield like the Clifford 3.5 antennas. Amplified too.

I picked up the antenna from home. My camera is in my car, which is 12 floors under me in the deck. I'll get it later tonight. It's pretty much a small box with two wings coming out of it. It has a red LED to indicate power. Then a standard FM single pole wire, a power wire, and a short ground wire coming off it.

pics tonight...this thing is for sale if you like it.
From the research I've done, It does need to be in plain view of air, so windshield or rear window mount is ideal.

Ok,

here's what it is

You can see the antenna cable, power wire, and silver ground wire. I was prepping it for install, which is why I taped the antenna wire and power wire together.

I have shaved my antenna and have never had any signal problems. Try it first then decide if you need one.
