a few more questions....

alright, i have a farenheit screen in my car in place of the old bose. i have been getting engine noise in the picture and imassuming its the ground. oddly enough, when i went to fix it, i realized the ground wasnt attached. so how the hell is my screen working when only the power wire is hooked up. i cant figure it out.... also, does anyone have any pics or a link to where i can see some ones dynamated or deadened front doors? i wanna do it to mine but ive never doneit before. also, any pics with the mdf cutouts installed..... any answers to these questions would be great

It's grounded probably through the chassis of the screen somewhere. Also the dc plug usually has a ground.

you didn't try the ground yet? i would hope that would eliminate it and why it seems to be an extra one. I also think just mounting the screen itself may provide a ground, but not a good one.

i tried grounding it but i can find a good spot.... but my question is since u said the screen is already POORLY grounded from mounting it, is it bad to like double ground it. if i ground the actual ground wire coming from the back of the screen, then that will be grounded as well as the screen itself where i mounted it
