Right now i have my ps2 sitting on the hump on the ground of the backseat and i finally wired up remote extentions up front...i'd like to move my ps2 to the trunk, but today i just realized that my remote control doesn't have a power or reset button...i don't want to have to get out of the car and open up the trunk everytime i want to use the ps2...are there any remotes that have a power button (i'm guessing no since the remotes plug into the controller port and you can't turn it on w/ the controller)...there must be something i can do (without disassembling the ps2)

I was wondering this same thing. I'm thinking that I'll just install it under the passenger seat or something like that though.

Why not try to mount it on the back deck somehow?

even on the rear deck or the glove box i'd have to lean over or go into the back seat in order to turn it on...i just want something where i don't have to move...either a switch that hits the reset buton or a remote

what's your power supply? make a switch that will turn that off. this will effectively give you an on/off switch

i have an on/off switch...ps2 is a little different...after it has power, you need to hit the reset button on the front of it in order for it to do anything

Do you play going down the road? If you do you should just mount the controller buttons on the steering wheel.
