Digging around under the dashboard of my 1992 Maxima the other day, I noticed what appears to be an interface cable of some sort (with a rectangular plastic connector) hanging down over the left footrest on the driver's side. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what this is? My initial thought was that it might be an ALDL link to the ECM unit, but I've been unable to find any documentation on it.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
