if you have a unit with the ability to use different .apn wallpaper background, you may be interested in this. We are no longer stuck with just what Alpine offers on the iPersonalize site.

Any idea if the 9860 (DVD player with an added screen) can switch images? I had no idea images were switchable, but I'm definately sick of the background it displays (and the head unit actually).

 

The 9860 shows on the compatible list for wallpaper downloads from Alpine.

I submittted the Maxima logo, but I made it so it would work with the IVA-W200 onscreen displays. I'm not sure what it will look like with other units.
Alpine has a bunch of background to choose from on their site, but the site I listed in the first post lets you submit your own.
