HU in that little pocket?

Have anyone ever put there HU in that little pocket until they got a dash kit?

Your info says you have a 97? You don't need a dash kit.

I installed the HU in the lower dim today and it is extremely easy. I just left the bose hu up top to give it a stealthy look so no one tries to steal it. It is all easy because this was my first install and i did everything...front components, hu, amp under seat, and rear speakers.

An after market deck will attach right to the stock housing. No kit is needed to hold it in place.
