Sorry for the double post. Yeah Don, basically I'm just bored with it. Everything I have right now is 3-4+ years old and although it still sounds good, I am in the mood to try something different. I have more than the $500 to play around with but wanted to stay somewhat conservative cause I have multiple things I'm doing to the car right. The shop that installed everything for me back in the day I really don't go to anymore cause of customer service or lack therof. The shop I go to now primarily carries the RF/Hifonics/Lightning Audio/Panasonic/Kenwood lines but he does have other vendors that he can get Arc, Focal, Morels, Rainbows from. Out here in Cali (at least in San Diego) most of those lines aren't stocked or even carried by most of the local shops and most have never heard of those lines (not too surprised). JL, RF, an occasional Eclipse and now Orion are the major lines carried by most shops in the area of subs. Alpine, Sony, Kenwood, Panasonic, and as before an occasional Eclipse is what you find in the H/U department.

So yeah I'm Bored.

Sounds like me, except I used to go a few months rather than years before a change.

Id say take baby steps..go for the front stage first.

something in a 5.1 perhaps? I was out on my lunch break at a friends shop and he had the Panasonic CQ-VD6503U. Haven't heard anything in reference to this H/U. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. My price was $700. If I did go that route (predicated the feedback is on a positive note) Don what center channel would you recommend?
