Removing headliner?

Removing headliner?

Whats the best way to go about removing the headliner? Im got a ton of dynamat and wanna do some dampening on the roof this weekend...

just take all the pillars off around the car, and anything else holding it up. pretty much just falls off. careful not to break anything..

your roof really rattle that much??

why dont u sell those rca's to me, i can help u with the roof and we can do my door pannels...

Meh. A bit easier without it but still not too bad. Once you remove everything as mendon said (pillars, visors, sunglass holder, dome light, etc), the only thing holding it up will be 2 small clips. Theyll be behind the sunroof, towards the rear of the car, to help keep the headliner up when the sunroof is fully open and wind wants to pull it down. Youll see what I mean, and it really shouldnt be too bad. Youll have to bend it a little to get it out, I pulled it out through the rear door, and it might get a couple creases, but as long as you dont bend the **** out of it, the creases will shape themselves back to normal shortly after.
