how would you do this?

alright so heres my scenario. I have a Kenwood dpx 501 double-din hu and an infinity basslink 2 without the expandible amp. i want to replace my front and rear speakers (bose system on 2k max) with components in the front and coaxials in rear. for this purpose i will also purchase a 4 channel amp. the problem is that my HU only has 2 pairs of rca preouts, but with the 4ch and the bassliknk i am 1 pair short. The way i see it my options are to 1)get a "daisy-chainable" 4 ch so that i can run rca's from HU to 4ch to basslink. or 2) split the rca's going to the rear maybe with adapters? (probably not ideal..)

I'm really not sure about either of these options or whatever else there might be out there for this, but thats where you guys come in

what would you do and what other options do i have besides a new hu? thanks!

Or get a 4 channel that has a bridgeable input, so you can only run a 2 ch into it and itll feed all 4 channels. Music is only recorded in stereo anyway, so you wont really lose anything. Then you can run your 2nd preout to the sub.

This is probably the best option, followed by the "daisy chainable" 4ch, and lastly, y-splitters.

What else needs explaining? The amp will have a switch on it for whether you are running 2ch or 4ch input.

Some amps have a low pass sub output, so you can run the RCAs from the deck into the amp and the amp will have an RCA (or 2) for sub output and you can send that to the sub amp.
