Are you looking for "inserts" for a double din deck?

I am trying to find those for an '02, but I have had no luck! I want to put in an indash nav system like the Pioneer Avic D1.

I have the alpine iva-w200 indash dd, and it sits nicely in there, i can make it flush if i wanted to, i used a regular dash kit for single din radios, and cut the middle part out to make it one big hole and there is no gaps anywhere

i would go aftermarket doubledin dvd, looks perfect in 5th gen maxipads

If your are looking for a replacment kit to fit a aftermarket double din set-up, or single, I have a link where you can get them. The link will show you the single din piece, just search the Maxima section for the double din.

Get a Pioneer AVIC N3... you get the screen and a good fitment. But the only thing is, it's not double din.

then single din is the way to go.. though it'll leave gaps unless you get a stock GXE kit

I had single din before and I didn't like it because the screen blocks the vents

But this is fiberglassed, and is pretty costly for someone that doesn't know how to do it.

With that being said, GXE, no gaps.

This was the first time I had tried this. It took about a week working on and off with it. It cost at total of $35 after painting and everything.

My guess would be an Eclipse AVN. See the link in my post for a pic.

That looks great. So it is just called Eclipse AVN? Is there anything else that I would need to buy, such as the dash kit?

In my picture, it's the Eclipse AVN-5435. The GXE kit you would also need:

Yes, it's expensive but it's OEM and fits great.

Also, the unit in my picture is for sale. Just in case you're interested.

Thanks for all your help. Is there anything that I would need to do to my Bose system so that the speakers can play the music and DVDs?

How much are you selling it for?
