I was wondering if some one can help me on where to tap the VSS wire for my Alpine N852A. Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Pink/blue at the back of the instrument cluster.

 

Thank you very much for such a quick reply. Are there any other options on where to tap in besides that cable behind the cluster or the transmission?

the center harness closest to the speedometer..since there are two harnesses that both have pink/blue. SOMEONE...I won't mention ANY names did it wrong on my car. hehehe j/k man.

To others reading this, he isnt referring to me.

 

Whats going on with this thread? So is the VSS need to be tapped into the (blue/pink) wire behind the cluster, or somewhere else? Thank you very much in advance.

Hehe gotcha. Yeah just wanted to clarify if someone was STILL confused..... pink/blue wire on the harness CLOSEST to the speedometer.

Alright, it was me. For some reason I could have sworn it was the outer brown harness.
