I just got 4 memphis speakers for 180 and im getting them installed on friday to replace the stock bose speakers. I also replaced the bose deck with a premier 680mp headunit. I heard memphis speakers are supposed to be pretty good so ill let you know how they are once their in if you havent already got new ones.

Rainbow SL 165 or KX 165 from Don(Pearl96Max). or since your running it off the head unit just look for a speaker that has high sensitivity kenwood, alpine, pioneer should work fine and u can save for a amp for the front speakers...
