Just as the title said, does anyone in here know if the 5th gen Bose headunit will work with the 4th gen Bose amp/speakers w/o any rewiring? Will the 4th gen Bose wiring connection mate with the 5th gen Bose head unit?

 

Will it work wiring wise? Sure, but good luck fitting the huge 5th gen radio into a 4th gen dash.....i.e. it wont fit whatsoever.

 

why not get aftermarket? cheap aftermarket is going to sound better all day than stock bose.
