My headunit [pioneer fhp8800] keeps randomly turning on and off. The voltage is fine so thats not a problem...
could it be a fuse? if so.. which one?

Maybe it's a loose power connector for the HU?

Sounds like a loose connection, a fuse would generally not allow the unit to turn back on after it shuts off.

 

re-ground the head unit

 

is there a write-up for how to get to the 5th gen radio?

why isn't it stickied?
