Wire Laptop or Harddrive to stock Nissan Radio ?!?!?
I have a 2000 Maxima SE with a stock Nissan Radio *not bose* with your am/fm, cd, tape. I want to be able to play MP3's on my radio preferably from a hard drive but if not than from my laptop.
I know I can be a retard and use one of those tapes to plug from my laptop headphone jack to the radio but I wanna do something nice...Any ideas, thanks in advance...

Um, Nope. Without an aux input, your, screwed. Only way I can think of would be to buy an indash EQ ( like Audio Controls 4.1) with a built in aux input. Prblem is then you would have to get line converters to go from the radio to the EQ, and amps to drive the speakers, and new speakers to handle the amp.
Or you could just buy a head unit with an aux input.

What I have now is my laptop hooked up to a small cheap-o $10.00 FM modulator. My big concern is that first I don't want to junk up my entire laptop with MP3's plus well driving around with a laptop is not only annoying but kinda risky don't want any punk to break my windows for a laptop you know...
MP3 headunit
There are plenty of MP3-playing head units out there. Burn them onto a CDR (Kenwood, Aiwa), copy to a memory card (Rockford Fosgate), or upload them to an in-dash Linux computer (http://www.empeg.com).
