Rear Bose Amp is dead.....replace it with what?
#1
In my 1992 Max, I have the Bose system installed. My rear right amp is dead (according to Dave the Bose Master)
I'm in Canada so his price for a new amp of $110.00 is a little much, especially now that I'm unemployed. Is it possible to run both of my rear speakers from the other working amp???? Is there another alternative???
Thanks

Do you have the stock Nissan/Clarion deck in your dash?
If you do, you have to replace it with another bose amp. The Bose speakers and amps work together as one. The bose amp/speakers are rated at a 1 ohm load so no aftermarket speaker will work. If you have an aftermarket deck in your dash any speaker will work, just wire it directly to your deck.
