squeeling speakers

i have a 90 maxima. but the speakers squeel. it sometimes squeels for a while then goes away. i've unplugged two of my speakers because of this if u can help in any way i'd be so greatful.

which speakers...all of them? is it moded in any way? May just be old and time to replace them.
