That looks great! I was looking at this last night, as well as the Alpine one, but it would cost too much and be too much of a hassle to rewire the Bose system.

kenwood

the headunit cost me $1800 on ebay. i saw it as a set of rims i wouldve gotten. it took me and damadmonk about 5 hours total to take out my sony mdx 400 (4 md changer single din unit) which also had a brain mounted underneath the passenger seat and for all the wiring, god, half the box was just wires! it would have taken longer if my amps werent already in place, connected to the speakers. the picture is great, but im still tweaking the sound. i may have to get the additional crossover unit. the menu isnt that great, and the tv reception is intermittent when driving. all in all the install went very smoothly. i would like to thank damadmonk for bringing all the tools, figuring out how to bypass the parking brake safety feature, and stayin up all night with me to install this bad boy. thanks foo!!

Well, the DVD unit has a wired that you're supposed to wire to your parking brake, so that you can only open the screen when you're parking brake is pulled up. If you take off your center armrest consoly, you'll see at the bottom of the parking brake assembly a set of wires going into the parking brake. I've attached a pic. There's a white adapter circled in red. On the other side of the adapter theres's one BLACK wire, and that's the wire we connected the saftey wire to. I don't know what the piece is called, but it cuts into one wire, and let's another wire connect to it. while maintaining the original wire circuit. If you have an electrical current probe, you can test for a current yourself on other wires.

HTH
