MB Quarts are good but that website isnt authorized for MBQ.
I would listen to them at your local car audio shop and listen to them for yourself and make a judgement then.

actually max-dave, can you price these two eclipse components for me... i havent seen them at the local tweeters store before, but if you carry eclipse they can be special ordered, right?

the model numbers are:
8052 - 5" driver w/ 3/4" dome tweeter & crossover
8042 - 4-1/2" driver w/ 3/4" dome tweeter & crossover

The Eclipse seperates are available as a special order.

Eclipse 8052 retails for $370.00...Maxima.org price is $299.00

Eclipse 8042 retails for $350.00...Maxima.org price is $279.00

Special orders from Eclipse generally takes 2-3 weeks on average, sometimes sooner sometimes later if they have it in stock. Once I special order it I can have Eclipse send it to the store by your house...let me know

Yo dood why don't you go with the
6.5" components? Those will give you a little
more midbass kick and don't cost that much more.
I got them and am in the process of installing them
in my max. (its taking a long time cuz I'm trying
to decide where to put my tweets)
