In disconnecting the sub(01AE). Does the amp next to it just operate the sub...or will it work the remaining speakers in the car. I plan to install a set of 12 inches. Also is there a way I can use it (rear sub) as a speaker. Thanks

 

The bose sub has its own amp and crossover built in. The amp next to it is for the 4 main speakers. you can leave it plugged in like i have mine set up or unplug it and tap into the white and black signal wires for the signal for your 12's It is a full signal though so needs to be crossed over...
