remote wire

remote wire

Where and what color is it from the radio. Why do I need a pac adapter or can I use a high level speaker input which is build into the amp. Thanks. This for a 5th Gen. Maxima

I do not think that stock in-dashes have remote wires. What I did on my stock head was splice the remote wire into one of the rear stock Bose amps. If you do not have bose, you could probably run it into your fuse box, and make sure it is one that does not always stay on.

If the radio doesn't have a remote wire, then where is the one going into your bose amp comming from?
