Advice on stereo equipment for MAX

I'm getting a serious sound system for my 97 maxima. I need to know if Autotek amps are good and if anyone knows about them? Here is what I'm getting. What do you guys think? Thank you for your help.

2 solobaric 12" 2ohm coil w\ custom box -$580
Autotek SX1700 -1200 watt -$500
2 Custom flush box's for amps -$150
Dynamat trunk -$100
MB quart speakers all around for highs -$340
Autotek SX4100 -$300
Dry cell batt -$160
Cap 2.0 -$150

Total

$2280 Cash

or Credit card $2462 I might upgrade to 2 solobaric 15's
instead of the 12's.

Sounds like a good system. Did you ask them why they are charging you more if you pay by credit card?
