On my Bose unit sometimes when I turn the **** up or down the volume doesn't go up or down. And sometimes I have to push the button and jiggle the button around a few times for the unit to turn on. Is this a common problem and is there a way to fix it? Thanks everyone.

 

same problem here, the **** seems to just get tired...stick with the steering wheel controls if you have them

 

I took the easy route and purchased another Bose unit. I just hope it doesn't have the same problem.
