Why not get the 4 channel quart?

Also why not get the SLC265's once they are available with CAL25's if not already coming with CAL25's?

Looks good.

Well, after searching through the internet, i found a site that actually carries rainbow products!!! And im pretty sure our front doors hold 5.25" midbasses right? So is it worth it to get a 6 1/2" midbass driver and have my guy special fit it into my doors? Or just get the 5.25" since its only 30W less per channel?

Im thinking between

Rainbow CS 230 P Van. - Profi Vanadium Line 5-1/4" 2-Way Component System (150W)
Rainbow CS 265 P Van - Profi Vanadium Line 6-1/2" 2-Way Component System (180W)

Also, does this mean that 2 midbasses and 2 tweeters can handle a max of 150 or 180 combined wattage? or 1 midbass and 1 tweeter?

My brothers LS430 had midbasses and tweeters in the rear and it sounded really good, it wasnt too trebley (yeah i know thats not a word )

The tweeters in the back were aimed perpendicular to the listeners facing position in the seat.

Arc ACS = Rainbow SLCs, with the exception of Arc not having the ACSs since 2005, theyve been discontinued.

Only one sets of comps is needed. More than one set, especially for the rear is overkill. Ever attended a concert? How many musicians were behind you?

The MBQ RAAs are hit or miss. Ive seen tons with issues and others that worked fine. I'd consider investing into a more stable product.

Just had a convo today in fact about the hype of the PDXs. To the point where the hype is unwarranted.

I'd surely like to know where your finding an Elipse AVN7000 for $1200.

So then should I just get 2 Components by Rainbow that come in a Double woofer package? so I just swap out the two midbasses in the trunk deck with the rainbows and then just swap the fronts with the rainbow tweeters and midbasses?

Smart way to invest $1200.

A: You don't know what your actually getting
B: Definately Unauthorized
C: Absolutely no warranty 3 years loss to be exact
D: No theft coverage

If you wanna gamble go to Vegas or AC.

You should also try checking the thread on CA.com about a certain fella that was promising rediculously low (Way below dealer cost) prices like that.

Dual midbass sets are Not meant to be broken up, theyre to be used together and should be on the same plane.

Ok, so then i really dont care, I'd really prefer having two component setups in the car, having 2 extra tweeters isnt that big of an overkill imo. Which amps would u recommend setting the speakers up with? Since the MB's you say are hit or miss.
