I think you would have to get the original one, because scanning and emailing would distort the size.

the new speakers should come with one on the box itself. make sure to use right angled tin snips, makes life alot easier!!

Hey thanks for the reply I thought it would turn out to be a lonely post. I've checked the box packaging inside and outside, unfortunately there isn't any template inside the box or on the outside, I guess I might just have to trace and outline of the speakers and use that to cut out. Thanks for replying anyways.

What kind of speakers are they cause i did that with mine and they were pioneer and they had the template on the bottom of the box you have to cut it out and i used a jig saw it goes much quicker than tinsnips but those work just fine but your hand will get tired after the first one and use a metal cutting blade for the jig saw it has a lot of little teeth on it

They are Infinity Kappas I was kinda puzzled when I looked around the box and inside for a template but one wasn't to be found. I know they're usually on the outside of the box somewhere but these just plain out flat didn't have them. I was thinking of using a dremel to cut it out.

tin snips is the only acurate and easiest way to do it. You dont have to worry about metal shooting at your face or little pieces flying all over the place. Took me litteralyy 15min with a good pair of right angled tin snips.
