I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the neo ipod adapter from mp3yourcar.com? I need to know if its compatible with the bose 6 disc changer in a 2002 maxima. Obviously there's a changer there, so if it does work would it take the place of the in dash changer or is there another outlook for it to hook up to in the back? Or do I need to get different adapter? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Thanks anyone have any more specific answers?
By the way I got an email from them for 25% off and free shipping if anyone's interested. It said to go through this link, and use the code HOLIDAY25. It's good until 12/31.

150 doesn't seem like a bad deal to me if it'll work with the 6 disc. Otherwise, I guess I'll just need to get another head unit.

If you don't have an external CD changer, you should be good to go. The 6-disc changer is part of the deck in the 5.5gen AFAIK. You should pull the radio just to be sure.

- If you have an External CD-Changer (usually found in trunk, glove box or center console) it must be disconnected.
- Radio MUST have a CD/CHG button and/or have external CD Changer plug/capabilities.

My radio doesn't have a cd/changer button other than the cd button for the in dash changer. That one looks good but it says it will not work with the 6 disc in dash. Can anyone confirm this for me? This is why I'm so confused about all this. Can I hook it up and maybe lose the in dash changer since there's no button for an external one? That would work fine because with the ipod I don't really need cds.
Did you find out anything on this? I am in the same boat...I got an '02 with the blose in dash 6 changer. I understand that it utilizes the input for the trunk mounted changer but I don't know if I have it or not. It doesn't say whether it can connect any other way. Anyone know if the '02 blose has the changer input even though its an in dash changer?
I want to connect my ipod directly as the fm transmitters sound like **** as my car picks up a station on every channel.

I haven't gotten any definitive answers to my questions and I haven't had the time or motivation to take out the headunit just to look yet. If you find anything out I'd appreciate a heads up, and if I figure anything out I'll let you know.
