I have asked nismos14 to help me sound deaden my car, and he suggested 70 sq. ft. of Damplifier Pro for all 4 doors and the entire trunk. I just wanted to confirm this because at that amount the price was more than I thought

Can someone with a 5th gen confirm their use of Damplifier Pro for doors and trunk please?

(Also just bought 50 sq. ft. of ED V4 Teklite to go along with Damp Pro for doors and trunk per nismos14's suggestion, FYI if it matters)

I used 80 sq ft for my front doors and trunk. I still have to do the rear doors, and the spare tire well (the rest of the trunk is completely covered with Damplifier). Since you will be using the Damplifier Pro, you probably would not need as much as me.


I actually thought about ordering some more Damplifier and Rattlepad this week to finish up the car. I kind of wanted to get it all in along with my new speakers. I'll probably wait a little after the holiday$ .
