I took out my aftermarket deck and put the stock bose back in. Now the keyless entry and clock do not work. Are the systems interconnected to the bose? Could it be some wiring that got unplugged because I believe the Anti-theft system is down there. I had to rewire the constant on the stock harness. It wasn't working could that be the problem? Any help will be appreciated.

 

Yea the constant prob wasn't working cuz of a blow fuse, that could affect other systems or other fuses can be blown.
