MDF Ring spacers...yes, please.

i went to install my profis today in my 5.5 max only to find out the basket will not allow me to fit the speakers into the stock hole, the stock bracket, or the mdf rings i bought on ebay. since i don't have any tools or knowhow to cut these rings, who could i look to in order to get some rings that will fit these monsters?

i'm guessing it's my installation diameter that's the problem at 145mm/5.71in.
