2002 BOSE HU removal

Does anyone have a good (free) link on how to remove the stock bose HU??
Search is only giving me lots of irrelevant or outdated links that go to something completely different.
Thanks

Perfect. You're the man; and a quick response.
Thanks again!

haha nice! So im assuming you got the 70-7551 Metra kit and the PAC-SWI steering wheel interface??
If so where did you plug the two non-speaker RCA type plugs into? I have a Pioneer HU thats going in and there are two other pairs of jacks in the back of the HU.

And there is a leftover harness coming out of the car that was used for the BOSE.. anything that is needed for??
