Where to Wire Crossover - 2002 BOSE

So I took my car into Best Buy to get 4 new speakers installed, they bypassed all the factory wiring, and it works. They installed the crossover in the door and just used the factory wiring for the tweets, no crossover. Needless to say the tweets are trying to produce bass and it's gonna blow them. I am trying to figure out where to wire the crossovers so I can use them for both the door speakers and the tweets, I do not want to run any wires through the door. Is there a place where the wires to the speakers and tweets are easily accessable? Is it possible to wire the X-Overs in the Trunk where they have bypassed the Bose Amplifier?

You just said they installed the crossover in the door with factory wiring. Whats the problem? The crossover they put in the doors should have input, and crossed over output for midbass and tweeters. What exactly did you have installed?
