i know its a small car but i found a IR camera in my house that i bought for my last car and i'm replacing my rear bumper so i though why not hook it up, my head unit is a DDK512 kenwood and the wire is a purple wire where do i hook it to?

I ran a wire to the trunk and tapped into the reverse light wire. I don't recall the color, but it was a piece of cake.
