Fiberglassing help?

Fiberglassing help?

I glassed my doors up and im having a slight door closin problem.. Like i have to really slam the door for it to close all the way..i think i may have to just sand it some more..

this is what i have so far.. Also do anyone have any tips? or a small cheap sander or some thing?









i still have to do my other door and dash so i can fit a 1 din, 2 din, and a 1/2 eq

This is an old post, but yes, just sand. I would suggest sanding more than you need off for tolerance and then re-apply some fiberglass resin and finish. The best way to hide imperfections after bondo is to do a vinyl overlay glued down with some 3M. If you heat it with a heat gun gently, it molds to fit almost any surface. Cut the vinyl to fit and spray both the panel and vinyl contact surfaces with adhesive, let it tack up and apply carefully. Once it is stuck, it is stuck.
