Avic D3 Problem: speakers not playing

Hey guys,
I spend the last two days installing my avic d3 into my infiniti I30. Took forrver! we don't have any pink and blue VSS wires lol. Well i soldered everything together and connected it with the pac roem-nis2 harness.
It turns on, navigation works fine... but i have zero sound. I checked all the fuses they are working. I also used a voltmeter to check the speaker output on the HU and it does put out a signal, there is also a signal after the roem converter, although it is considerably weaker (that's what it is supposed to do right?) The amp also gets power, since i checked the voltage going into that. I have no idea what it could be, maybe except the amp blew all of a sudden.

Another thing. The harness had speaker hi and lo positives, the bose only has one positive line, so i soldered the hi and lo together and connected it to the harness. Could that be it?

Connect the remote turn on wire.

I think high or low is dependant on whether you are using high level or low level inputs, you don't connect both.

With that harness it would be the high level.
