Problem with kicker subwoofers!

i have 2 kicker cvr8¨ in a dual ported box with an small 2 channel lighting audio amp. so the thing is when only one sub is rinning everything sounds ok and hits really well, no matter which one of the subs is connected they work fine when theyre alone but the problem is when i connect both, the sound is completely gone, the subs still move but the bass is gone, so it sounds like a problem of sound cancelation or some weird stuff like that, what can i do?

One of the subs is wired out of phase. Reverse polarity on one of the subs.
