My thought:

You shouldn't have wasted your money on JustLousy.

Tip: Sell your equipment
Trick: eBay!
Idea: I should copy JL's business model and perform the following:

Build low end product. Spend a ton on marketing to the masses. Make people think it's a high end product. Profit!

You asked for an opinion so I offered mine to you. If you can't stand the heat, don't bother with the kitchen.

My opinion is simple. Your money could have been better spent on other products.

It is YOU who is lame for posessing the inability to take criticism.

Actually, I couldn't tell what opinion you were really looking for from your first post because it was poorly worded/poised. Now I am guessing from this post, that you are looking for suggestions for a HU.

I have no idea what "location theory" is. (Assuming theroy = theory misspelled)

I can't believe you just played the rainbow=ghey card

edit: and just for the courtesy of anyone else, and so that this thread (as badly derailed as it has become) still is useful, my preference for a HU goes towards Eclipse.

Others have found products with features they prefer in Alpine & Pioneer brands. In the end, if you're happy with the way it sounds and functions, then that's all that matters.

I am still unsure what types of tips/tricks you are looking for in regards to your system.

This thread is fckin funny.

OP are you 12 years old? Can you not handle criticism? Can you not understand that you really asked nothing in your original post? Can you not understand that you got an opinion which is precisely what you asked for?

the gay comment wasnt toward rainbow...it was aimed at dumping my post however you were correct about the wording...i was being short on an itouch and should have been more clear.

by theory i ment speaker location, settings etc. also thought maybe someone would have some good ideas on amp location.....
and why elclipse? likes dislike with there setup...

All depends on the speaker. Some are better for on-axis positioning, some are better for off-axis. Settings, whatever sounds good to you. For example, I like highs so my tweeters are set for +3db on my crossover.

Amp location - under seats, under rear deck, back of box, trunk floor.

There is no need for this. If you want help, we will provide it for you. But if you have a sour attitude (ie calling people gay, or girls) then we will not, and disciplinary actions may have to be taken.

how do you feel about amps on top of rear deck....will the florida sun be an issue? could always have a cover made too... did u mount your new speakers in factory location or make a kick panel or something?

Eh. Kind of ghetto. I wouldn't want it in plain view. And installing/mounting/running wires to it would be a pain cause of the angle of the rear glass.

Midrange drivers are in the OEM location in the doors, tweeters are in the door (a hole was cut for them)

I still find it hilarious that he and others think those that frequent this forum (we all know who we are) are part of some club that gets their jollies 'messing' with noobs.
