How to get at and test Circuit Breakers ?

I am checking for a persistent and terribliy expensive parasitic current drain, and have found one in the circuit whose Fusible Link is labeled "Power Window" -- although the circuit involves other devices such as the power seat.

I have used the window and seat controls to move things around, but the drain persists.

The FSM says the breakers are at the ends of the dash, but does not provide a precise location or a removal method.

Please help me locate the breakers, and suggest ways of removing them for testing or testing them in place.

Thanks.
