Shorted Out Radio Harness?

I was hooking up a usa spec adapter to my stock Bose and a red and black wire might have touched in the harnesses. I heard a little pop and then my HU won't turn on again. All my fuses are fine. I went to hook up my spare Sony Xplod and theres no power to that so I'm guessing its something in the harness coming from the car thats fried.
I know very little about audio wiring so please bear with me

Replace the fuse anyway, it may not LOOK blown, but probably is.

It turned out to be the top left fuse labeled "mirrors" of all things
but thankfully it was just a fuse
